How to register on Surge Academy site?
1. Click the “Login” menu on the upper right portion of the website.

2. Click “Register” on the login form.

3. Enter your account information and click “REGISTER”.
REMINDERS:
- There should be only ONE user account per enrolled student. Kindly register using your FREELANCING GMAIL Account.
- All Courses are Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable.
- User accounts are automatically deleted when:
- An email address other than the Freelancing GMAIL is being used.
- Same person with dual/multiple accounts.
How to log in?
1. On the SURGE Academy website, click on the Register/Login button

2. Enter your email/username and password then click the LOGIN button. If you forget your password, click Forgot your password to reset.

3. “You have logged in” message will show once you are successfully logged in.
REMINDERS:
- Please make sure to enter your correct account details to prevent you from the failed login. Note that if you reached 5 attempts your account will be blocked and you can only try again after 24 hours. Reset your password immediately if you forget your password to prevent it to happen.
- If the error persists, kindly send us a screenshot of the error message and email it to members@surgedigital.agency. You can also reach us via our Contact Page: https://academy.surgedigital.agency/contact/.
How to reset a password?
1. On the SURGE Academy website, click on the Register/Login button

2. Click Reset your password then follow the instructions after you enter your account details.

How to Navigate Your Profile
1. Go to your Profile Dashboard

2. Account information

3. Change Password

4. Delete Account

5. Scroll down to see courses

6. View-Mini Quality Courses

7. VA Agency Startup Course

How to customize a Profile?
1. Go to your Account Dashboard

2. Customize Your Account Info

3. Change Password

4. Delete Account

How to Change Your Password?
1. Go to your Account Dashboard

2. Change Password

3. Fill up the required fields then click “Update Password” button.
How to Access the Courses?
1. On your ACCOUNT dashboard, click your enrolled course.
For those who enrolled in Freelancing Course and Social Media Course, please choose your respective Trainer.
If you enrolled at Surge Main, choose coach Margareth. If you enrolled under coach Kathy, choose South Luzon and so on.

2. You will see the In-Depth Premium Courses and VA Agency Start-up course. Click the “View mini-quality courses” if you are enrolled to Mini-courses.


3. After clicking the course you will see the course coach/trainer

4. Below the coach/trainer info, you will see the Freelancing (Virtual Assistance) Course Guide

5. Click the Orientation/Coaching session to start watching your video lessons.

How to avail the Surge Marketplace Membership?
Method 1
1. Go to website address

2. Log in

3. Scroll down

4. Click GET IT NOW

5. Read the important reminders before check out

6. Fill out the billing information as your STEP 1.

7. Scroll down and place order.

8. Fill out the Step 2 process- Send your proof of payments

Method 2
1. After you log in, go to any course

2. Open the course and scroll down

3. Add to cart or pay directly through paypal.

4. If you add to cart, you can see this VIEW CART message at the top of the page.

5. Put the coupon here if you have, then check out or pay directly via paypal.

6. Read the important reminders before check out

7. Fill out the billing information as your STEP 1

8. Scroll down and place order

9. Fill out the Step 2 process- Send your proof of payments
